AurariaGO collects no personal data. It has no accounts, requests no location permission, and makes no network requests. Everything you enter stays on your device.
1. Introduction
AurariaGO is a class schedule and campus map app for students at the Auraria Campus in Denver, published by VibeTemp LLC ("we," "us"). This policy describes what the app does and does not do with information.
2. Information We Collect
None. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any information about you. Specifically, AurariaGO does not:
- require an account, email address, name, or sign-in of any kind;
- request or use location services, GPS, or any device sensor;
- contain analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking software;
- include any third-party SDK that collects data;
- make network requests. The app functions fully in airplane mode.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The app saves the following locally on your phone so it can work between launches. This data never leaves your device, and we cannot see it:
- Your class schedule — the day, time, building, and optional name for each class you add.
- Your selected current building — the campus location you pick so the app can draw a walking route.
- App preferences — such as whether you have completed the introduction.
4. Notifications
If you allow notifications, AurariaGO schedules local reminders 15 minutes before each class you have entered. These are generated on your device by the operating system. No server is involved and no push notification service is used.
5. The Campus Assistant
The in-app Campus Assistant answers questions about parking, dining, the library, safety services, and building locations. Its answers are stored inside the app itself. Your questions are processed on your device and are never sent anywhere. On supported Apple devices the assistant may use Apple's on-device intelligence to interpret your wording; this also runs entirely on your device.
6. Third Parties
We do not share information with third parties, because we do not have any. The app has no server, no database, and no backend of any kind. Apple and Google may independently collect app download and crash information through the App Store and Google Play under their own privacy policies; we receive only anonymous, aggregate download counts.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Because no data reaches us, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data stored on your device is removed when you delete a class in the app or uninstall AurariaGO.
8. Children's Privacy
AurariaGO is intended for college students and general audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 — or from anyone else, since the app collects no information at all.
9. Security
Your schedule is protected by your device's own security, including its passcode and storage encryption. Because nothing is transmitted or stored on our systems, there is no server-side data that could be breached.
10. Campus Affiliation
AurariaGO is an independent, student-built app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Auraria Higher Education Center, the University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, or the Community College of Denver. Campus information in the app is compiled from publicly available sources and may change; verify anything time-sensitive with the campus directly.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means the updated policy applies.
